1. Remember: it's AI
Every Lovender character is an AI. It doesn't have feelings, can't meet you, and can say things that are wrong or strange. Enjoy it as entertainment and fantasy, not as a real relationship or a source of advice.
2. Healthy use
- Take breaks, and keep time for friends, family and offline life.
- Set a spending budget. You can see your credit history in your account.
- If you feel you're spending too much time or money, or you feel worse after using Lovender, step back. We can close your account on request.
3. Protect your privacy
- Don't share your real full name, address, workplace, passwords or financial details in chats.
- Never share other people's personal information or photos.
- Use a strong, unique password and don't share your account.
- Lovender staff will never ask for your password or payment details by email or chat.
4. Our key safety rules
- 18+ only, with age checks.
- No content involving minors, ever.
- No sexual content of real people, and no real-person photo uploads.

5. Report something
Use the in-app report button or email [email protected]. Urgent reports (minors, real people, threats) are prioritised.
6. Need help now?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

Lovender is strictly for adults. Parental control tools and device-level content filters can block adult sites. If you believe a minor is using Lovender, email [email protected] and we will act immediately.
